Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Availability
Chip Happens LLC ships cookies to eligible addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Shipping availability may be limited due to weather conditions, holidays, or product availability.

2. Processing Time
All cookies are baked fresh to order. Orders typically require [3-5 business days] for processing before shipment. Processing time does not include shipping transit time. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be extended.

3. Flat Rate Shipping
We offer flat-rate shipping on all shipped cookie orders. Flat-rate shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout or communicated at the time of order. Flat-rate shipping covers packaging, handling, and shipping costs.

4. Shipping Methods
All cookies are shipped using USPS 2-Day Priority Mail or UPS 2-Day shipping, at our discretion. We choose the carrier based on destination, timing, and best delivery option. Expedited shipping beyond 2-day service is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

5. Shipping Schedule
Orders are shipped Monday–Wednesday to help prevent packages from sitting in transit over weekends. We do not ship on holidays. While we aim to ship on schedule, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

6. Delivery Responsibility
Once an order is handed off to USPS or UPS, Chip Happens LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery errors. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

7. Weather & Heat Disclaimer
Cookies are perishable and may be affected by heat or extreme weather. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept the risks associated with shipping baked goods. Chip Happens LLC is not responsible for melting, texture changes, or weather-related damage once shipped.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If a package is marked “delivered” but is missing, customers must contact the carrier directly. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and cookies. Refunds or reshipments are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

9. No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our products: All shipped orders are final sale We do not accept returns or exchanges on shipped cookies
