1. Business Information
Chip Happens LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a cookie business offering freshly baked goods for pickup, delivery, and/or shipping where permitted by law.

2. Orders & Payment
All orders must be placed through our approved ordering channels (website, social media, email, or in person). Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

3. Custom & Pre-Orders
Custom orders (including specialty flavors, large quantities, or events) require advance notice. Changes to custom orders must be requested at least [3] days before the scheduled fulfillment date. Deposits for custom or bulk orders are non-refundable. Please send me an email for bulk orders or custom orders.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
Because our products are made fresh, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered for taste preferences or minor variations in appearance. If there is an issue with your order (incorrect item, missing item, or quality concern), please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos when applicable.

5. Pick-Up, Delivery & Shipping
Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the agreed time and location. Late or missed pickups may result in forfeiture of the order without refund. If delivery or shipping is offered: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses. Once an order is handed to the delivery service, liability transfers to the customer.

6. Allergens & Food Safety Disclaimer
Our kitchen may handle milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other allergens. While we may offer allergen-friendly options, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies before placing an order. By purchasing from Chip Happens LLC, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

7. Product Variations
Cookies are handmade; slight variations in size, color, and appearance are normal and do not affect quality. Product photos are for reference only.

8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, product names, photos, and branding associated with Chip Happens LLC are our property and may not be used without written permission.
